Steps

1. 1Whenever an opponent controls a nonblack creature, if you control a Treasure, activate it by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
2. 2Activate Attrition by paying and sacrificing Lucius, targeting a nonblack creature an opponent controls.
3. 3When Lucius dies, it and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
4. 4Resolve the Lucius trigger, exiling it from your graveyard and targeting the creature that Attrition is targeting.
5. 5Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
6. 6Resolve the Attrition trigger, destroying the targeted creature.
7. 7When the creature dies, Lucius triggers, returning it from exile to the battlefield under your control.
8. 8Repeat as needed.
