Steps

1. 1Cast Arcbond by paying , targeting any creature you control.
2. 2Cast Volcano Hellion by paying .
3. 3When Volcano Hellion enters the battlefield, it triggers.
4. 4Holding priority, activate General's Regalia by paying , choosing to redirect the next damage Volcano Hellion does to you to the creature targeted by Arcbond instead.
5. 5Resolve Volcano Hellion's ability, dealing an arbirarily large amount of damage to the creature targeted by Arcbond.
6. 6Arcbond triggers, holding priority, activate General's Regalia by paying , choosing to redirect the next damage Arcbond does to you to Volcano Hellion instead.
7. 7Resolve the Arcbond trigger, dealing an arbitrarily large amount of damage to each creature and each opponent.
