- Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Woodfall Primus.
- When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
- When Woodfall Primus enters, it triggers, destroying a noncreature permanent.
- Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
- Repeat.
