Steps
- Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Kitchen Finks.
- When Kitchen Finks dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
- When Kitchen Finks enters, it triggers, causing you to gain 2 life.
- Resolve the Viscera Seer ability.
- Repeat.
