Steps

1. 1Activate Lithatog's first ability by sacrificing the Clue.
2. 2Jenny Flint and Lonis' second ability trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Lonis trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on any other creature you control.
4. 4Resolve the Jenny Flint trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Lonis.
5. 5Lonis' first ability triggers, creating a Clue artifact token.
6. 6Resolve the Lithatog ability, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
7. 7Repeat.
