Steps

1. 1Cast Toph by paying its mana cost plus commander tax if applicable
2. 2When Toph enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
3. 3Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Toph
4. 4When Toph dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. 5When Toph enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
6. 6Repeat from step 3.
