Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding .
When the Eldrazi Spawn dies, Dragon Appeasement triggers, causing you to draw a card.
Repeat from step 2.
