Steps

1. 1Cast Heart-Piercer Manticore.
2. 2When it ETBs, its trigger goes onto the stack.
3. 3In response to the trigger, activate Feldon's ability, making a token copy of Worldgorger Dragon.
4. 4The token copy of Worldgorger Dragon ETBs, exiling all permanents you control.
5. 5Resolve the Heart-Piercer Manticore trigger, sacrificing the token copy of Worldgorger Dragon and dealing 7 damage to any target.
6. 6The token Worldgorger Dragon's LTB triggers, returning all permanents you control to the battlefield.
7. 7Repeat for infinite damage.
