Steps

1. 1Activate Vish Kal's first activated ability by sacrificing Vish Kal.
2. 2Vish Kal's undying ability from Mikaeus triggers, returning Vish Kal from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. 3Resolve the ability from step 1, failing to place a counter because Vish Kal left the battlefield.
4. 4Activate Vish Kal's last ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, giving target creature -1/-1 until end of turn.
5. 5Repeat.
