How it works

Prerequisites

You control at least one nonlegendary creature.

Steps

Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of any nonlegendary creature you control.
When the the creature token enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
Repeat.
