Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Ardent Elementalist.
The Ardent Elementalist token enters the battlefield, returning Last Chance from your graveyard to your hand.
At the beginning of each extra turn's end step, Last Chance triggers.
Holding priority, activate Sundial of the Infinite by paying and tapping it, ending the turn.
Repeat each turn.
