Prerequisites

• Sage of Fables does not have a +1/+1 counter on it.

Steps

1. 1Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Sage of Fables, adding .
2. 2When Sage of Fables dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. 3Activate Sage of Fables by paying and removing the +1/+1 counter from it, causing you to draw a card.
4. 4Repeat.
