Steps

1. 1Activate Scorched Rusalka by paying and sacrificing Gleaming Barrier.
2. 2Gleaming Barrier dies, triggering itself, it's undying ability and Luminous Broodmoth.
3. 3Resolve the first Gleaming Barrier trigger, creating a Treasure token.
4. 4Resolve the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, returning Gleaming Barrier from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
5. 5Resolve the second Gleaming Barrier trigger, failing to return it to the battlefield.
6. 6Resolve the Scorched Rusalka ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to target player or planeswalker.
7. 7Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
8. 8Activate Scorched Rusalka by paying and sacrificing Gleaming Barrier.
9. 9Gleaming Barrier dies, triggering itself and it's undying ability.
10. 10Resolve the first Gleaming Barrier trigger, creating a Treasure token.
11. 11Resolve the second Gleaming Barrier trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
12. 12Resolve the Scorched Rusalka ability from step 8, dealing 1 damage to target player or planeswalker.
13. 13Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
14. 14Activate Scorched Rusalka by paying and sacrificing Gleaming Barrier.
15. 15Gleaming Barrier dies, triggering itself and Luminous Broodmoth.
16. 16Resolve the first Gleaming Barrier trigger, creating a Treasure token.
17. 17Resolve the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, returning Gleaming Barrier from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
