Prerequisites

• Land with Cycling Cost that can be paid using one colored mana

Steps

1. 1Activate the land's cycling ability by paying due to Fluctuator and discarding it.
2. 2When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger.
3. 3Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token.
4. 4Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1).
5. 5Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying to blink Elvish Regrower.
6. 6When Elvish Regrower enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand.
7. 7Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.
