Krenko does not have summoning sickness.
You control at least one additional Goblin.
Krenko, Mob Boss does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

Activate Krenko by tapping it, creating at least two 1/1 Goblin creature tokens.
Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing two Goblin tokens, adding .
Activate Sword of Paruns by paying , untapping Krenko.
