Steps

1. 1Draw a card, either with your draw step or by casting a card draw spell, which triggers Horizon Chimeria and gains you a life.
2. 2Gaining a life triggers Lich's Mastery, drawing a card.
3. 3Repeat to draw your library.
4. 4You do not lose the game after drawing your last card because Lich's Mastery is on the battlefield.
