Steps

1. 1Lose life by any method.
2. 2Lich's Mastery's second ability triggers, causing you to exile a card from your graveyard.
3. 3Ketramose triggers, causing you to lose 1 life and draw a card.
4. 4Lich's Mastery second ability triggers. Holding priority, activate Iron-Shield Elf by discarding a card.
5. 5Resolve the Lich's Mastery trigger, exiling a card from your graveyard.
6. 6Repeat from step 3.
