Steps

1. 1Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Arcbound Hybrid.
2. 2When Arcbound Hybrid dies, its modular ability and persist ability trigger.
3. 3Resolve the modular trigger, putting Arcbound Hybrid's +1/+1 counters on another artifact creature.
4. 4Resolve the persist trigger, returning Arcbound Hybrid from your graveyard to the battlefield. It will not have a -1/-1 counter on it due to its modular ability.
5. 5Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
6. 6Repeat.
