Steps

1. 1Cast Channeler Initiate by paying .

3. 3Activate Channeler Initiate by tapping and removing a -1/-1 counter from it, adding one mana of any color.
4. 4Activate Tayam by paying and removing all counters from Channeler Initiate.
5. 5Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Channeler Initiate, adding .
6. 6Resolve the Tayam ability, milling three cards and returning Channeler Initiate from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. 7Repeat from step 2.
