Steps

1. 1Cast Deadly Grub by paying .
2. 2Deadly Grub enters the battlefield with three time counters and a vigilance counter on it.
3. 3Activate Tayam by paying and removing the three time counters from Deadly Grub.
4. 4Deadly Grub's vanishing ability triggers, holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Deadly Grub, adding .
5. 5Deadly Grub dies, triggering itself and Abzan Ascendancy.
6. 6Resolve the Deadly Grub trigger, creating a 6/1 Insect creature token.
7. 7Resolve the Abzan Ascendancy trigger, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
8. 8Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Insect and Spirit tokens, adding .
9. 9Resolve the Deadly Grub trigger from step 4, doing nothing since Deadly Grub is no longer on the battlefield.
10. 10Resolve the Tayam ability from step 3, causing you to mill three cards and return Deadly Grub from your graveyard to the battlefield.
