Steps

2. 2Holding priority, cast Perch Protection by paying and choosing to promise an opponent a gift, causing all permanents you control to phase out and an opponent to take an extra turn after this one.
3. 3Resolve Balancing Act, causing each opponent to sacrifice all their permanents as you control no permanents that aren't phased out.
