Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Elvish Soultiller, adding one mana of any color.
- Elvish Soultiller dies, triggering itself and Verdant Succession.
- Resolve the Elvish Soultiller trigger, shuffling all Elves or Mutants from your graveyard into your library.
- Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Elvish Soultiller, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library.
- Repeat.
