Steps

2. 2Bone Miser's third ability triggers, attempting to have you draw a card. The draw will be replaced by Chains of Mephistopheles, causing you to instead discard Life from the Loam. Then, you will mill three cards and return Life from the Loam from your graveyard to your hand due to Life from the Loam's dredge ability.
3. 3Repeat step 2.
