Steps

1. 1Activate Scroll of Fate by tapping it, manifesting Wormfang Manta from your hand.
2. 2Pay to turn Wormfang Manta face up.
3. 3Activate Snow Hound by paying and tapping it, returning itself and Wormfang Manta from the battlefield to your hand.
4. 4Wormfang Manta's LTB ability triggers, creating an extra turn after this one.
5. 5Cast Snow Hound by paying .
6. 6Repeat.
