Steps
- Activate Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
- Activate Voltaic Key by paying and tapping it, targeting Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
- Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying Voltaic Key's ability, targeting Voltaic Key.
- Resolve both Voltaic Key abilities, untapping it and Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
- Repeat.
