Steps

1. 1Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding .
2. 2Activate Mind over Matter by discarding Shrieking Drake, targeting the mana-producing permanent.
3. 3Oskar triggers, causing you to pay to cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard.
4. 4When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
5. 5Resolve the Mind over Matter ability from step 2, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
6. 6Repeat.
