Steps

1. 1Activate Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx's last ability by paying and tapping it, adding at least .
2. 2Activate any other land by tapping it, adding .
3. 3Cast Cloud of Faeries by paying
4. 4When Cloud of Faeries enters the battlefield, it and Clement trigger
5. 5Resolve the Clement trigger, choosing to return Shrieking Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
6. 6Resolve the Cloud of Faeries trigger, untapping the land(s) from step 1 and 2.
7. 7Cast Shrieking Drake by paying
8. 8When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it and Clement trigger
9. 9Resolve the Shrieking Drake trigger, returning Cloud of Faeries from the battlefield to your hand
10. 10Resolve the Clement trigger, choosing to return nothing
11. 11Repeat
