Steps

1. 1At the beginning of your end step, Jon Irenicus triggers, giving control of Manta Ray to an opponent who controls no Islands.
2. 2When Manta Ray's controller controls no Islands, Manta Ray triggers, causing them to sacrifice it.
3. 3However, Manta Ray cannot be sacrificed due to its ability.
4. 4Manta Ray triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw.
