Steps
- Cast Sacrifice by paying and sacrificing Scholar of the Ages, adding seven .
- Cast Entreat the Dead for X = 1 by paying , returning Scholar of the Ages from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Scholar of the Ages triggers, returning Sacrifice and Entreat the Dead from your graveyard to your hand.
- Repeat any number of times.
- Once you have infinite mana, you may choose any amount for X in step 2.
