Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar
2. 2When Cauldron Familar dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Food, a Clue, and a Treasure token.
3. 3Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
4. 4Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning Cauldron Familiar from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. 5When Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
6. 6Repeat.
