Steps

1. 1Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least .
2. 2Cast Rally the Galadhrim by paying and tapping Eternal Witness and Palinchron, targeting Eternal Witness
3. 3Rally the Galadhrim's conspire ability triggers, copying it, targeting Palinchron.
4. 4Resolve the copy of Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Palinchron.
5. 5When the Palinchron token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
6. 6Resolve the original Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Eternal Witness.
7. 7When the Eternal Witness token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Rally the Galadhrim from your graveyard to your hand.
8. 8Repeat, tapping the Eternal Witness and Palinchron tokens when casting Rally the Galadhrim instead.
