Steps

1. 1Activate Vizkopa Guildmage by paying , causing each opponent to lose life whenever you gain life this turn.
2. 2Activate Wall of Blood by paying 1 life, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
3. 3Repeat step 2 until you have one life.
4. 4Cast Oketra's Last Mercy by paying , causing your life total to become forty.
5. 5Vizkopa Guildmage triggers, causing each opponent to lose thirty-nine life.
6. 6Each opponent loses the game due to having zero or less life.
