Steps

1. 1At the beginning of your end step, Jon Irenicus triggers, giving control of Covetous Dragon to an opponent who controls no artifacts.
2. 2When Covetous Dragon's controller controls no artifacts, Covetous Dragon triggers, causing them to sacrifice it.
3. 3However, Covetous Dragon cannot be sacrificed due to its ability.
4. 4Covetous Dragon triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw.
