Steps

1. 1At the beginning of your end step, Jon Irenicus triggers, giving control of Tethered Griffin to an opponent who controls no enchantments.
2. 2When Tethered Griffin's controller controls no enchantments, Tethered Griffin triggers, causing them to sacrifice it.
3. 3However, Tethered Griffin cannot be sacrificed due to its ability.
4. 4Tethered Griffin triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw.
