Steps

1. 1At the beginning of your end step, Jon Irenicus triggers, giving control of Kukemssa Serpent to an opponent who controls no Islands.
2. 2When Kukemssa Serpent's controller controls no Islands, Kukemssa Serpent triggers, causing them to sacrifice it.
3. 3However, Kukemssa Serpent cannot be sacrificed due to its ability.
4. 4Kukemssa Serpent triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw.
