Steps

Clever Conjurer triggers, causing you to loot.
Resolve the Clever Conjurer ability, untapping Fatestitcher.
Activate Fatestitcher by tapping it, targeting Clever Conjurer.
Fatestitcher triggers, causing you to loot.
Resolve the Fatestitcher ability, untapping Clever Conjurer.
Repeat.
