Steps

3. 3Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Arcbound Javelineer, adding .
4. 4Arcbound Javelineer dies, triggering itself and Koll.
5. 5Resolve Arcbound Javelineer's trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on target artifact creature.
6. 6Resolve Koll's trigger, returning Arcbound Javelineer from your graveyard to your hand.
7. 7Repeat.
