Steps

2. 2When Arcbound Javelineer dies, its persist ability triggers, returning Arcbound Javelineer from your graveyard to the battlefield. It will have no counters on it due to its modular ability.
3. 3Arcbound Javelineer dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness
4. 4Repeat from step 2.
