Prerequisites

• You control at least two other blue creatures that do not have summoning sickness.

Steps

1. 1Activate Crackleburr and two other blue creatures you control by tapping them, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities of creatures.
2. 2Activate Crackleburr's second ability by paying and untapping it and the two blue creatures, targeting any creature.
3. 3Repeat.

Effects

• Infinite colored mana that can only be spent to activate abilities
• Return any number of creatures to their owners' hands
