Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Matter Reshaper
- When Matter Reshaper dies, it and Mortuary trigger.
- Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Matter Reshaper from your graveyard onto the top of your library
- Resolve the Matter Reshaper trigger, revealing Matter Reshaper from the top of your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
- Repeat.
