Steps

1. 1Announce the activation of Chromatic Star's second ability.

3. 3Continue activating and resolving the Chromatic Star ability, paying , tapping it, and sacrificing it, adding .
4. 4Scrap Trawler triggers twice, Myr Retriever triggers once, and Chromatic Star triggers once.
5. 5Resolve the Chromatic Star trigger, drawing a card.
6. 6Resolve the Scrap Trawler trigger from Myr Retriever, returning Chromatic Star from your graveyard to your hand.
7. 7Resolve the Scrap Trawler trigger from Thran Dynamo, returning Myr Retriever from your graveyard to your hand.
8. 8Resolve the Myr Retriever trigger, returning Thran Dynamo from your graveyard to your hand.
