How it works
Prerequisites
- You have the city's blessing.
Steps
- Cast Leveler by paying .
- When Leveler enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling your library.
- During your next upkeep step, activate Timestream Navigator by paying , tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
- Move to your draw step, drawing Timestream Navigator from your library.
- Cast Timestream Navigator by paying .
- Repeat from step 3 each turn.
