Agreement
Use of CommanderView means you accept these Terms and the Privacy policy.
Service
CommanderView is unofficial Fan Content for Magic: The Gathering. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or the providers on Legal & attribution. Prices and recommendations are informational only.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older (or the higher minimum age where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You own decks and collections you create. Storing them here lets us host and display them to run the service, including public decks you publish. Export or delete under Settings → Security.
Acceptable use
Do not overload or disrupt the service, access other users' private data, distribute malware, or post illegal or harassing content. API and MCP use must stay within granted permissions.
Availability
Provided as is. Features, catalog data, and uptime may change or stop. Accounts that break these Terms may be suspended or deleted.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, CommanderView and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost decks, data, or profits. Where those limits are not allowed, liability is capped at what local law permits.

Changes
Updates replace this page and change the effective date above. Further use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms.
