Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Flayer of the Hatebound
2. 2When Flayer of the Hatebound dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. 3When Flayer of the Hatebound enters, it triggers, dealing damage equal to its power to any target.
4. 4Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Flayer of the Hatebound
5. 5When Flayer of the Hatebound dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
6. 6When Flayer of the Hatebound enters, it triggers, dealing damage equal to its power to any target.
7. 7Resolve both Altar of Dementia abilities from step 1 and 4.
8. 8Repeat.
