Steps

1. 1Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
2. 2Activate Tezzeret the Seeker's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, untapping The Chain Veil and Gilded Lotus.
3. 3Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
4. 4Activate Ral Zarek's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, tapping any permanent and untapping Gilded Lotus.
5. 5Activate The Chain Veil by paying and tapping it, allowing you an additional activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
6. 6Repeat any number of times.
7. 7Once you have infinite mana, you no longer need to untap Gilded Lotus, allowing you to activate Ral Zarek's and Tezzeret the Seeker's other abilities (alternating each turn).
