Steps

1. 1Play Boros Garrison.
2. 2When Boros Garrison enters the battlefield as an enchantment due to Enchanted Evening, it and Composer of Spring trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
4. 4Resolve the Composer of Spring trigger, putting Boros Garrison onto the battlefield from your hand.
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
