Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing you to mill cards equal to Ilharg's power, which will cause you to mill Ilharg.
As Ilharg is a Lhurgoyf due to Rukarumel, Disa's first ability triggers, returning Ilharg from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat.
