Steps

1. 1Cast Cloudkin Seer by paying .
2. 2Cloudkin Seer enters the battlefield, triggering its ability.
3. 3Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Cloudkin Seer.
4. 4Cloudkin Seer dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Cloudkin Seer on top of your library from your graveyard.
5. 5Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. 6Resolve the Cloudkin Seer trigger from step 2, causing you to draw Cloudkin Seer from the top of your library.
7. 7Repeat.
