Steps

Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Moritte, adding .
Moritte dies, triggering its persist ability, returning it to the battlefield as a copy of River Kelpie with one +1/+1 counter on it.
Moritte enters the battlefield, causing you to draw a card.
Repeat.
