Steps

1. 1Activate Spike Feeder's second ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, causing you to gain two life.
2. 2Lisette triggers, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
3. 3Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding .
4. 4Repeat.
